Hey, I’m Tom. I help people build bodies they never thought possible. I’m big into nutrition & a right old foodie at heart, so rest assured I know how important food is

Why choose me?

I’m a realistic trainer, I don’t expect my clients to dedicate their lives to the gym (unless they want to, of course), nor will I ever force it upon anybody. But what I will do, is teach you how you can make incredible results whilst still living your life

There is no right and wrong way to do things, there is just the right and wrong way to do things for YOU. If you love bread & pasta, there is no point trying a low carb diet - you will just just give up. Fitting your favourite foods into your diet is what I do and I can guarantee it feels a lot less like dieting that way

 

I offer private 1-1 coaching in person, private 1-1 coaching online, an intense 8 week transformation programme and a 12 week lifestyle transformation, whatever you need - I’ve got you
