My name is Tom Berry, I started training about 10 years ago. I was a naturally skinny kid who was a little shy and this whole gym thing was exciting but also a little scary. How did everyone know what they were doing? Turns out, a lot of them didn't and the ones who I was somewhat intimidated by and knew what was what, turned out to be the most friendly & helpful people in there and some of them are probably the reason I'm doing what I am today.

What Next?

After a few years of training & learning about nutrition I got my degree in exercise & nutritional sciences. Mostly because I love food... There is no escaping food in our world. It's something we enjoy and use to socialise. I wanted to learn how to help people enjoy food and not destroy their gym progress in the process. I also know how damn confusing the nutrition world has become. 

Fast Forward 10 Years..

I specialize in helping busy working people fit health & nutrition into their already crazy schedules. I know what it's like - to care about your health but not seeming to have enough hours in the day to do much about it. "I'll start monday" right?

I get it! Even working in a gym I sometimes don't have the time to train, imagine that. People who want to change for the better are the reason I do what I do. People who deserve it are the reason getting up at 5am everyday isn't all that bad.


Experience what I can do for you today at a fraction of the cost. This trial pack is for new in-club clients only. During the  2 sessions you will receive a full body assessment, be taught the right exercises & how to perform them safely and optimally for your specific goal. You will also receive the nutrition knowledge required to start your transformation successfully. After your trial, there are multiple packages available if you wish to continue. If not, no hard feelings!
