The 6 WLT programme is all about stripping everything back to the basics. All too often people are trying to go from not having a clue to being some advanced fitness model overnight. Unless you want to actually become a fitness model, you will actually never have to eat/train like one, nor should you ever put up with the sacrifices either (they get paid to)

I've designed this programme to be an easy to follow step by step process over the 6 weeks so that you can focus on a handful of things at once to prevent becoming overwhelmed & end up doing nothing at all

Each week you will receive a new PDF telling you exactly what to do, along with some educational items for the week too. We will also have a weekly check in to make sure that everything is going to plan & discuss any problems you may be having. I will also be available via my apps messaging system & email throughout!
