We will spend 15 minutes discussing your training, nutrition & goals.
Followed by 45 minutes of intense training

THE BIG 5 PROGRAM
This program has been designed around the big 5 compound movements
If you want to build muscle and grow, mastering these lifts will be the key to your success.
During this session, you will be taught how to perform the bench press, squat, deadlift, overhead press & bent over rows.
FULL BODY CONDITIONING
This program has been designed to take you through 3 of the best full body compound lifts
Followed by a full body conditioning circuit to blast your body fat away
This session will get you sweating & burning calories whilst also building muscle & strength.
