What would you pay for a PT? £300 per month? For many of my clients they're happy to pay this every month. But I also understand that for some people this may be a little out of budget (PT is a luxury at the end of the day)...
But the beauty of online coaching? You're no longer paying by the hour so it works out a lot cheaper, in fact, this programme is almost 10x cheaper working out at just over £8 per week for a full time PT
"But how can you PT online?" Think about it, a PT isn't just there to count your reps, at least they shouldn't be.. A (decent) PT is there to help you reach your goal. How?
