Daily Morning Stack

It’s 5am, my alarm decides it’s time for me to wake up – in my somewhat zombie like state, I manage to get myself into the kitchen & mix my superfood XS & Super greens into what I can only describe as pond water (it tastes a little better) and wash down my Omega 3, Vitamin D, Zinc and Vitamin C tablets. Boom, job done; now it’s coffee time!

  • Superfood XS (5g)

  • Super greens (7.5g)

  • Super omega 3 (1 capsule)

  • Vitamin D (20mcg)

  • Vitamin C (500mg)

  • Zinc picolinate (18mg)


Yesss it’s almost gym time, time to make myself some potions. I throw my Amino Energy together with some beta-alanine and Citrulline malate, chug it down and head to the gym. I used to be a BIG Pre-workout (intense energy, all in 1 powders) fan; my friends almost can’t believe I don’t take them anymore. Moving on from this is the best decision I ever made, I’m no longer reliant on it to have a ‘good’ workout.

  • Amino energy (1 serving)

  • Beta-alanine (5g)

  • Citrulline malate (2:1) (6g)


I always have, and always will use this combo. BCAA, L-glutamine & electrolytes will come with me in my bag (in a portable pot) and mixed together in my shaker once my pre-workout combo is finished. If I have a big leg day planned, I will sometimes add some cyclic dextrin powder to help me fight through to the end.

  • BCAA (4:1:1) (10g)

  • L-glutamine (5g)

  • Electrolytes (1 serving)

  • Branched chain cyclic dextrin*(50g)


Keep post workout simple, protein and Creatine is all I ever need as I always eat a meal post workout. If I’m unable to eat a meal for any reason, I’ll sometimes bring along some powdered oats to throw into my shake.

  • Impact whey isolate (40g)

  • Creatine monohydrate (5g)



I eat a lot, my body needs help. Don’t judge me. But also due to the way our food is being processed and cooked/stored a lot of the natural digestive enzymes our body would usually create aren’t happening!
