T4 shred is a 4 week programme with 1 goal in mind - extreme fat loss
This is the hardest programme of them all, but if you want extreme results in 4 weeks? You're going to have to work fucking hard for it
This programme was designed for a harsh mini-cut in between bulking cycles when body fat needs tidying up, but is also a great programme to complete before you start a bulking phase if your body fat is a little higher than you'd like

GROUP TRAINING
Training with a friend is not only a great way to keep you motivated, but it's also the cheapest way to get your sessions
I take on small groups of 2-3 people at a time

ONLINE PERSONAL TRAINING
Fancy a coach supporting you every step of the way, but don't need them to follow you around the gym? Online coaching may just be what you've been looking for
If you love the gym, but need that next level guidance with your nutrition & to ensure your programming is set up for your goal then I highly recommend this option
If you want to change, but can't get your arse into the gym, then I'd recommend face-face coaching for that extra accountability
