It's designed around you, to make sure that you enjoy your time, it's completely realistic to YOUR schedule to make sure you can complete each and every workout.
You will receive complete nutrition guidance throughout and be tought the ability to make your own meals & create your own meal plan.
Gone are the days of being given a meal plan to follow thats "completely tailored to you" it sounds good, but it's not possible for a true transformation. Nobody knows you and your schedule like you. It's vital that you're given the tools to be able to make the right food choices, not only for this 12 weeks but for the rest of your life!
I'll be here to help you throughout your journey. I'll keep you accountable & be your right hand man throughout. Not only will I be your trainer, but I'll be a genuine caring friend throughout to make sure you have everything you need to improve your health and physique to where you deserve!
We will have weekly check ins were I will require all your weekly stats, so don't think you can slack!! I'll also be available for any questions that you may have
