WHAT IS MONTHLY COACHING?
Monthly coaching is perfect for those who are already getting into the gym, but need that little extra guidance and help with accountability. That's not to say complete newbies or even higher end athletes won't benefit either!
I'll be here weekly to check in with you and help you maximise your efforts, we'll go through everything and make sure you're staying on track.
You will receive a complete training program for the month and it will be fully personalised for your goal that particular month. The beauty of singular monthly coaching is we can switch up routine/nutrition depending on what your goal is for the next month.
You'll have complete access to my fitness app for the entire month, which you will receieve your workout plans with complete videos & descriptions so you know exactly whats what.
You will also be able to track your entire nutrition on the APP & I will set you a nutrition target based on your goals for the month.
Monthly coaching comes with complete nutrition guidance, as it is coaching it's important that I teach you how to eat rather than telling you what to eat. There's a huge difference! I want to give you the ability to make your own decisions and make them the right ones!
IMPORTANT REFUND INFORMATION
TBFit will issue a refund up to 14 days after an order is placed for any Plan. If you have however completed the questionnaire and received the custom plan, due to the plan being personalised a refund will not be possible.
